At Gajah, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a superior level of service. As a result, we will do everything within our ability to process all orders almost instantaneously once received.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

To cancel or change an order, contact our concierge via email or telephone. Our team is at hand to make every effort to accommodate your request.

Payment Options

We accept all major debit and credit cards.
For in-store purchases we additionally accept cash or cheques.

VAT and Taxes

All prices listed in-store or online are inclusive of Value Added Tax and Social Responsibility Tax.

Promotional Code Exclusions

Promotional codes are applicable on full price merchandise ONLY.

Duty Free

Gajah currently does not offer Duty Free Shopping. However, we pride ourselves in providing quality products at exceptional value.

Delivery

Local Delivery

Gajah charges a nominal fee for delivery depending on your location. Once your order is processed, our transportation service will contact you to schedule your delivery date and time. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected prior to leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.

Our White Glove Delivery Service includes:

  • Delivery in 2-5 days
  • Full inspection of your order
  • Delivery to your room of choice
  • Unpacking of items
  • Assembly of items
  • Disposal of packaging material

Gajah currently does not offer international shipping.
